Jose Emiliano Zamora, a student of Santa Clara High School in California tragically passed away this week. The San Jose resident died from a self-inflicted injury. Law enforcement agencies say he was a brilliant student and a great foster son.
Zamora was an athletic student at the Californian area school. The little kid suffered from chronic depression having been raised in a foster home almost all his life. On Wednesday, Jose was found suffering from a self-inflicted injury. He was pronounced dead by responding EMS. Investigations determined that he was abused and left heartbroken.
A GoFundMe has been created to raise funds for Jose’s funeral. “In this difficult time of sadness, after the loss of our beloved son, we are thanking the many, many people reaching out to support us. Many of you have asked us how you can help. As you know, along with the grief of loss, we also have expenses to lay Jose to his final rest. We have started this GoFundMe page for anyone who can help financially. Thank You All for Any & All Support you have provided.”

Yesterday morning I received the call that Jose decided to end his time with us Earth-side. He was so full of love and was so ambitious to be the best at everything he could possibly be the best at, no matter who got in the way of that. He was one of the most silliest little kids you could encounter and always wanted to talk to you for hours on end so that he wouldn’t go to his foster family’s house.”
